Hi. Here's the roadmap.

 

1) In the main menu, click Tools, and Maxthon Setup Center...

 

2) In the screen that opens, choose from the list at the far left side of the screen "Plugins."

 

3) Maxthon will display all the plugins that are registered with Max. Click on the name of the one you want to remove.  The listing will expand to reveal three or sos operations, one of which is to delete the plugin.
