Maxsi Distribution SRC, SDK, ReadMe, Tools Update (Recommended)

An update to the Maxsi Distribution SRC, SDK, ReadMe, and Tools has
been released. The changelog is as follows:

Maxsi Distribution ReadMe:
- Added the GNU LPGL in HTML form.
- Changed ReadMe.html to point to GNU-LGPL.html instead of fsf.org.

Maxsi Distribution SDK:
- Added support for loading the path to the Maxsi Distribution Root
from the Windows Registry by default.
- Fixed INI-loading memory leak.
- Added a new function GetRegMaxsiRoot() to the MaxsiDistributionClass
interface.

Maxsi Distribution SRC:
- Compiled new binaries compatible with the updated
MaxsiDistributionClass SDK Callback Interface.
- Introducing the binary for MaxsiMapSync.exe.
- Improved error-detection and user-friendly-ness of
MaxsiEnvironment.bat and MaxsiCopy.bat.
- Updated Solution files for MaxsiPlay.

Maxsi Distribution Tools:
- Updated Release Maxsi Distribution.bat to better handle roots, added
a VS Project Conversion debug setting, and made it output the name of
the generated .zip file, not the relative path.

Maxsi Distribution:
- Freshly compiled binaries (see Maxsi Distribution SRC: Above).

The updated Maxsi Distribution SRC code, SDK files, tools,
documentation, and binaries are available at the Maxsi Distribution
SVN.
