Dear Developers

in the "check compatibility" window I noticed a change from Q Exactive series to Q Exactive HF / HF-X. It must, therefore, be deduced that the methods on Q Exactive Plus, for example, can not be used? Or in a simpler way, they have not been tested in your laboratory and therefore can not be guaranteed however they can be applied?

Dear Andrea,

 indeed we don't have any experience if our software works on Q Exactive classic or plus. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you can use the software with your instrument. If you want to try it out, please make sure that you have Tune Version 2.9 and check that your settings (resolution,...) fit to your instruments capabilities, because the default values are for HF/HF-X. Please let us know about if it works or not.
