Dear MaxQuant Live Community,

We currently have freed up a lot of measurement time on an Orbitrap Elite and we have a plasma project coming up. I would love to compare normal DDA vs BoxCar.

Does anyone have experience with running BoxCar (W/O MaxQuantLive of course) on an Orbitrap Elite?

Would that even make sense, or are there reasons why this should not / would not / might not work?

Looking forward to any comments regarding the matter!
