Targeting: TMT (and other modifications)

Hi,

I'm interested in the targeting app portion of maxquant.live. My use case is TMT-labelled peptides, potentially with other modifications. Can maxquant.live handle these at present (and how should these be input)? I couldn't spot anywhere to define fixed/variable modifications other than the SILAC lysines and arginines?

Just to say MQ.Live does work for TMT, I posted more details on a different response:

These can just be added as normal, though the mass value in the maxquant evidence.txt file needs correcting to allow for the TMT  label.
