future applications

Dear Developers 

A big thank you for your work, for the innovation you bring in the field of proteomics.

I have two questions that derive from the configuration of my laboratory; currently, OT Fusion Tribrid is dedicated to proteomics studies, while QE plus is applied for metabolomics studies.

1) is expected in the near future the application of MaxQuant.live to be compatible with OT Fusion Series?

2) is expected in the near future a version of MaxQuant Metabolomics able to manage BoxCar analysis on metabolites acquired with MaxQuant.live?

Thank you for your interest in our work.

Re 1: for now, we will focus on the Q Exactive platform, however, if there is a growing user base it would be great to support the Fusion series as well.

Re 2: my best guess is that this should be possible as MaxQuant already supports BoxCar for proteomics experiments and these two version will have many shared features.
