Dynamic fill time for PRM

Hi Florian et al.,

It was great hearing your talk at the Danish Orbitrap User Meeting last year. As you may remember, we briefly chatted about the possibilities of having dynamic IT included in the PRM mode of MaxQuant.live. It would really be cool if we could set an individual IT for each and every target, to enable high sensitivity for those targets that need it, and higher speed for those targets that don't. If there's any testing required, of course I'd be more than happy to get involved.
