Hi,

I'm having some issues with MaxQuant.live BoxCar acquisitions. I appreciate any help in resolving this.
I have set up MaxQuant.live automated startup with the the appropriate Xcalibur method with two Full MS-SIM scans, one at 909mz - ScanprotocoID and 908mz - GradientDuration.
I've set an arbitrary value of 5 min for these scans. The acquisition works fine the majority of the time but it is unstable. At several occasions the acquisition has stopped after the arbitrary value of the Full MS-SIM scans of 5 min, the rest of the gradient is not recorded. MQ.live is still in running mode but is not receiving any new scans after the first 5 min. I've tried setting the Xcalibur method at 10min instead and I get the same problem only now the acquisition stops after 10 min, a possible work around would be to set the Xcalibur method close to the total duration of the gradient for minimum data loss. Unless the system is rebooted the issue will not resolve and will persist for all subsequent samples. This is quite devastating because the issue is only apparent after the sample has already been loaded and the gradient has started.

Windows 7
Tune 2.9
Q exactive classic

I have attached MQ.live logfiles and the scan protocol used in addition to the Xcalibur method magic scan setup. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide.

Best regards,
