HelloI have a KDL-37EX403 bravia tv. There is no registration code when I go into Activate Enhanced Features (using the Home button on the remote). I need this to create Sony Essentials account. I've tried that and it still doesn't work. When I try to link my TV to the account, after I have I entered the activation code which I got from Link an Account (via Home on the remote) and entered my bank details, it then says :Your Essentials account information has not yet been transferred to Sony Entertainment Network. when i go to update your essentials account, i can't login as it's not set up. then i try and set up a new account and in the process it asks for my registration code, which without this code i can't seem to set it up! so frustrating! is there anyway I can reset this code somewhere or get a new one?

Best to give the helpdesk a call when they are back in the office after the break on 0844 8466 555 as not sure its anythign that can be done remotely. Sounds like they need to make some changes on their side to your account.

Hi, I am puzzled as to where I should find the registration code for my trial of Vegas Pro. I did this:

- I launched the software

- clicked on yellow button - Start Trial Version

- then was prompted to register, so clicked Register Now button

- was taken to a website where I created an account

- received a welcome email from Magix and also an email that I successfully registered Vegas Pro 15

- and this is where I am stuck as neither the email, nor my account have any codes i could use to run the trial

I had my default browser set to Brave. Setting my default browser to Chrome, the application launched a web page when clicking "Start Trial Version" which never launched with Brave. So trying a different default browser is another thing to try.

Can someone please explain exactly what that means? How do you "register as a new or existing user again via the software"? I'm adding an item (#39) to the FAQs post and trying to make it precise and complete. I'm pretty sure it isn't yet.

I have a BDPS380 and it says activate enhanced features, tells me to go to sony internet TV (?) and put in a 4 digit code, when I get to a site thats like the one it suggested (As the one it tells me to go to does not exist) there is no where to register my blu ray, I could do my TV but not my blu ray.... whats the solution guys, I want enhanced features!

What I see is that during activation/registering the device on SEN site/account, all the codes that gets generated by the blueray player gets rejected with the error message: "Incorrect activation code. Please try again."

As I recall activating the 'enhanced features' on my BDP-S7200 did not actually provide any enhancements to the functionality of the player except maybe add a few more worthless streaming services. My BD Player has well over a 100 different apps/services but assides a small handful of around 5-6 the others are not worth the bother.
