In matrix(as.numeric(d)) : NAs introduced by coercion

Hey,

Just started getting this error message using ENMeval and the maxent GUI (maxent.jar through Dismo): 

In matrix(as.numeric(d)) : NAs introduced by coercion. 

I am running univariate models with RM = 0, to examine how scale effects the predictive ability of models (selecting the optimal scale for a final multi-scale model). It runs fine for most of the variables I am using but then I get this error for other variables.

Correction, It is not an error but a "warning message: In matrix(as.numeric(d)) : NAs introduced by coercion"
