Dear Group,
I have environmental data, occurrence points.
I have used a thematic map for reference for plotting the occurrence points (in form of lat/long)
i have overlaid the environmental data with the reference data.
Everything is overlapping when i checked them in ERDAS.
but when i give the occurrence points collected from same reference data it shows the error
hippo.

Read samples: max memory 954728448, total allocated 317194240, free 132896008, used 184298232, increment 12701224
Warning: Sample at 0.0, 0.0 in Hippohae.csv is outside the bounding box of environmental data, skipping

please do the needful if any one have faced with this issue.
Or do i have any error in the data?
How could i resolve this?

Would it be possible to upload your .csv so that we can check it over?

Obviously Maxent thinks that you have listed occurrences at 0, 0. With the .csv we can troubleshoot why that might be.

Cheers,

it looks like a georeference error, Hippohae is a plant, but Lat 0 Lon 0 is in the ocean, double check the input format maybe,

good luck!

Yes sir!!
The problem is now solved.
Was format problem.
I have spaces between lat longs soo i converted them in meters since my environmntal data is in meters
Thus the problem is solved.
And one more issue sir,
Maxent doesnt tak an environmental clipped data?
because, when i give a bounding box, its perfect, but i am unable to convert the clipped raster into ascii in the first phase, to use it in the software

Great to hear the problem is solved, but I don't understand the second point;

you clip your data (in arcmap?) and then input to maxent, but maxent can't take the clipped raster? if the problem is conversion, try toolbox geoprocessing>conversino>from raster> raster to ascii.
