Clamping + Extrapolating

Hi all,

I'm working on a project where I'm building lots of ENMs and then transferring each model. For every time I transfer them, I use clamping + extrapolation, clamping without extrapolation, extrapolation without clamping, and finally allowing neither clamping nor extrapolation. So every ENM is getting transferred four different ways.

When I transfer models using clamping + extrapolation, the results are qualitatively different from using either clamping or extrapolation in isolation. I'm really having a difficult time understanding what Maxent is actually doing when both options are checked. For context, this happened using the Maxent GUI.
