I guess just delete it and move the first row to fill the empty one, using a text editor

Hi everyone.
I have a problem with my environmental layers. I use ArcMap to project
and clip all my layers but after converting to ascii and importing to
maxent I recieve "different geographic dimentions" error.
when I checked my data in excel all had same number of column, row and
cell size but there is one more row that I don't realize how I can get
rid of.
It looks like:

ncols         185
nrows         159
xllcorner     320150.125
yllcorner     3873847
cellsize      1000
NODATA_value  -9999
-1849815
-9999 -9999 -9999 -9999 -9999 -9999 -9999

Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks.
Nima
