Hi people,
I'd like to plot my own ROC curve but I cannot find that data in any
of the output files. I figure I have to make some calculations; I've
been trying to do something with the omission values but I cannot get
the same ROC plots from the html file. Can anyone give me a hand?

thanks!!!

Hi!! I have already solved it!! I browsed previous posts and found the
solution. However, I'd like to know, is it possible to plot the
response curves?? Where can I find that data in the outputs?

Hi,
Great to hear that you were able to get it by yourself..
I have been trying to get the same but with little success.. It will
be nice if you can put some consolidated procedure here for the
benefit of pepole like me..
Thx in advace,
Sid

Hi Sid,

I just did what Dennis had post here (19 jun 2008):

"The calculation of the ROC can be performed easily in Excel or
OpenOffice Calc, just import the csv file to one of these programms.

Then:

1. Calculate a new column with (1-omission) for each row, by writing "
= 1 - E2 " in the second cell of the new row (the first i occupied by
labels). E is the name of the column where the omissions are and 2 is
the number of the row you want to calculate. Apply this on every row
with the actual row number. (You can use Copy and paste to save some
time ;) )

2. Make the picture of the ROC curve by selecting the complete column
named "fractional area" and your calculated column and choose a XY-
plot (in excel it is point-plot i think) .

That should do and you have your ROC-Curve."

Good luck!!!
