Masters,

I am getting the following error when trying to calculate the ROC
values for the tutorial data (bradypus variegatus) in R.

pred <- prediction(combined, label) # labeled
predictions
Error in prediction(combined, label) :
Number of classes is not equal to 2.
ROCR currently supports only evaluation of binary classification
tasks.

The version i am using is R 2.8.1RC with all the essential packages
installed as mentioned in the tutorial like ROCR, vcd etc., I am
always getting stucked in this command line in R with some other swd
data sets also. Please help me.

Suganthan,
Type 'label' at the R prompt without the quotes. You should get a
vector of 1's and 0's. If you get some other values than you created the
label vector incorrectly.

The same above-mentioned error I am also getting. How should I remove the error? I will find that 3 decimal values are coming because of this, I get this type of error. Please guide me.
