TSS calculation for multiple replicate

Hi all ,

i wanted to ask if some one could share me steps to calculate TSS after running a model in MaxENT. I tried couple of codes shared in this forum but could not make it till end. I will be thankful to your help.

hi,

what package are u using for your maxent modelling? if u want to evaluate using threshold dependent metrics, u can check the Sdm package by Babak Naimi. he also have video tutorial for using the package. In the SDM package there is function call evaluates which will give u all the evaluation metrics AUC, TSS, Kappa etc.

I was facibg the same problem before which im only use Maxent java program. so the best way i found to calculate the TSS from the result from maxent java program is from this discussion post where we can use excel to compute the TSS, tho its a bit lot of work compare to running in R. The reply from Anon provided the excel sheet where u can just insert the value.
