Dear maxent users,

Am modelling effect of climate change on reptile species using current, 2050 and 2080 climate projections. Am using Maxents projection directory to project the future distribution of these species. Does anyone knows of a way i can project multiple time period at once i.e. use the current presence records to model current distribution and project the 2050 and 2080 distributions at once.

Best regards.
Frank

Dear all:

You have to write a command line in the maxent.bat file. You need only to put all the folders separated with a comma: projectionlayers=C:\folder1,C:\folder,C:folder3

For example, this could be the command line:
java -mx1512m -jar maxent.jar environmentallayers=C:\variables_folder samplesfile=C:\sample_folder\samples.txt outputdirectory=C:\output projectionlayers=C:\folder1,C:\folder,C:folder3 randomseed jackknife pictures responsecurves removeduplicates redoifexists writebackgroundpredictions writeclampgrid nowarnings autorun mxe -X 30 replicatetype=Bootstrap replicates=10

Best regards,

Neftalí
