Hi. I have this problem when I run Maxent: Maxent error 'java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "1. # QNAN".
I am using a series of layers which are previously transformed in ArcGis to ASCII format. I have already run several times in Maxent, and this is the first time that has happened to me. How could I solve it?
Thank you
regards
Ailin

Hi Ailin,
You can check your output directory and make sure that there is enough memory. I had faced some error because of the lack of the output directory memory.

Best wishes,
Jessica

Hi. It is not a memory problem. In fact, I was able to run the ENMevaluate function in R, which usually generates problems with the theme of memory. I also do not see that there is a problem with the layers, they all have the same characteristics:
class       : RasterStack
dimensions  : 1976, 1595, 3151720, 9  (nrow, ncol, ncell, nlayers)
resolution  : 500, 500  (x, y)
extent      : -265844.9, 531655.1, 5425591, 6413591  (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax)
coord. ref. : +proj=utm +zone=21 +south +datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs +ellps=WGS84 +towgs84=0,0,0
names       : arcilla_500m,   arena_500m,      banda10,       banda4,       banda5,       banda7,       banda9,      CO_500m,    limo_500m
min values  : 6.000000e+00, 1.100000e+01, 2.716317e+02, 2.887541e-02, 1.300670e-02, 1.021929e-03, 5.676319e-04, 0.000000e+00, 9.000000e+00
max values  :  43.00000000,  78.00000000, 298.32571411,   0.34501642,   0.58430207,   0.67182928,   0.04267382, 158.00000000,  63.00000000

I do not know what else to try.
Cheers
Ailin
