how can i find SDM toolbox in ArcGIS?

You need to download it from here: http://sdmtoolbox.org/downloads

The go into ArcMap and click the ArcToolbox, right click on the ArcToolbox folder at the top, add toolbox, and go to where you've saved the SDM toolbox
