I'm somewhat confused regarding some of the threshold terminology.
I understand that the LPT refers to the lowest value where a known
occurrence is to be used for a cutoff value.
In the Maxent html output chart that describes different thresholds
LPT is not represented. I was hoping that Minimum Training Presence
means the same thing.
This kind of threshold would also overestimate suitable habitat
correct? I'm attempting to develop Lepilemur spp habitat suitability
models that can be used to direct future survey efforts and I think
this would be reasonable.
Any ideas or comments?
Cheers,
Mike

Hi Mike,
yes, Maxent is using the term "Minimum Training Presence" for the LPT.
