Pymavlink: Controlling the Hexacopter

Hi,
I would like to control the hexacopter using software. Is this
possible with the pymavlink? I'm new to this area. Any pointers will
be greatly appreciated.

Hi Supun,
You may wish to get started with MAVProxy: http://qgroundcontrol.org/mavlink/mavproxy_startpage
...and/or Mavelous. Is your goal programmatic (scripted) command of the copter, or simply basic control? I'm not an expert, but this is that path I've explored myself.
