what was the command used to send a waypoint to the vehicle in pymavlink ( MAVLink_mission_item_message()) changed to?

You want to use the https://mavlink.io/en/messages/common.html#MISSION_ITEM_INT message, so it will be something like: MAVLink_mission_item_int_message()
