It might have been accidentally removed - what is your current use of that enum value?

I'm not using it myself, I noticed it was missing when I tried to load
http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/source/browse/Tools/autotest/mission2.txt
which I had assumed was a mavlink 1.0-based mission.
