Is it possible to get PyCharm function parameter info help ?

As I type in pycharm

master.mav.heartbeat_send()

for many funtions, I can get direct help with possible parameters - they just pop up, or can be invoked by Ctrl-p

With mavlink I do not seem to get that.

Is there a way of making it work?
