最近下载eclipse kepler 把工程导入进来后， 报maven插件错误
Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.10 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:jar:2.10: Failure to find org.apache.maven.surefire:surefire:pom:2.10 in http://repo.avsep.com/artifactory/plugins-release was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced
就是不知道怎么处理
