Issue 12: When running mvn site:stage, the PNG fiels are not copied to the
staging area

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure the overview plugin to run as a report.
2. Run mvn site to verify that the PNG file gets created.
3. Set up a site link in the distribution management setup in preparation
for staging (http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-site-plugin/usage.html)
4. Run mvn site:stage -DstagingDirectory=C:\foo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EXPECTED: That the entire generated overview report is both generated and
copied over to the staging area.
ACTUAL OUTCOME: The HTML file that references the PNG is copied, but the
PNG file is not; therefore when the report is viewed in the staging area,
it is functionally broken because it is missing the backing PNG file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JDK 1.5 on Windows, with Maven Overview Plugin 1.1

Note - this may have been fixed with version 1.2; I am still testing but I
think that
makes this issue go away.
