Upcoming 0.5 release?

Hi,

is there any chance of a 0.5 release anytime soon? I'd really like to
see the fix in r120 out in the wild.

In particular, the following configuration from one of my projects
causes trouble with 0.4:
<https://bitbucket.org/scalabench/scalac-dacapo-benchmark/src/444233eb653d/pom.xml#cl-270>.
Downloading the same (large) ZIP about a dozen times causes the the poor
remote server at www.apache.org to block connections about midway
through resolve-external. :-(
