Please release 1.2.2

It has been a while since the last release and we have new minor features and fixes pending. Please consider releasing a stable version which includes the changes.

I would also like to see v 1.2.2 released
Mostly because of https://github.com/maven-download-plugin/maven-download-plugin/issues/52 :)

There's still issue #68 that I think is worth getting fixed before doing a new release.

Let's skip the 1.2.2 release and do directly a 1.3.0 release. Is this OK for you?

Sure, now #68 is done and we could release 1.3.0 with all stuff on board :)
