Release of version 1.8

Hey all,

After some more bug fixes, the version 1.8 has been released, maven
config processor is much more stable and implement maven standards
more strictly now. Here is a list of changes and fixes:

- Loading of transformation config files and files to append files
being processed from other maven artifacts, plugin dependencies and
URLs supported by maven (http, etc)
- Correctly resolving of file paths relative to submodules in
multi-module projects
- Support for Find/Replace in .properties and XML files
