Have multiple transformations at different stages/phases in the maven build?

Hey, 

I have a couple of transformations to do in my maven build but they all need to happen at a different phase. 

Since the <transformations> are apart from the <executions> in the pom is there another way of achieving this?

E.g.: 

The first transformation should take place at the maven phase process-resources.

The second at the phase prepare-package.

Oh, seems like I can put the whole <configuration> block (including the transformation) into the <execution> block.
