Android Maven Plugin 4.4.2 Releasd

The Android Maven Plugin team is pleased to announce the new 4.4.2 release.

Just a number of smaller changes this time:

- buildConfigConstants paramater made visible
- Update to use latest available Proguard from Central instead of old bundled version from SDK
- Fix for ResourceOverlay usage
- Use correct type for attached artifacts
