Hi everyone,
following page

I realised that

mvn package -Pamp-to-war does *not* run Jetty ; in order to run Jetty you need to run mvn install -Pamp-to-war

Am I missing something? Or shall I fix the documentation?

TIA

Hi Mao,

I think the documentation is pretty clear:

  • mvn package -Pamp-to-war: Like mvn package but also installs the AMP onto an Alfresco WAR.
  • mvn integration-test -Pamp-to-war Like mvn package -Pamp-to-war but also runs the resulting WAR+AMP in Jetty + H2 embedded for integration testing

It's never implied that mvn package -Pamp-to-war should run Jetty...in fact in mvn integration-test -Pamp-to-war is the documented command to do that.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Gab

Thanks gab,
I was indeed misunderstanding the phrase (language barriers :-)

Thanks for the clarification!
