error: [web.site.EditionInterceptor] [http-8080-1] unable to retrieve license information from Alfresco 404

Good Day,

Every time I give a startup in my Alfresco this error: [web.site.EditionInterceptor] [http-8080-1] unable to retrieve license information from Alfresco 404 occurs. Could anyone tell me how solucinar this problem? The program began to show errors in execution when the plugins installed alfresco-business-reporting-0.6.5. I did searches on google but got no solution. I use Windows7, 32 bit and Alfresco Community 4.0d.

Hi Amanda,

Are you actually able to login into Share?

That seems to mean Share is not reaching Alfresco correctly.
I have more questions than answers though, as this could be due to multiple issues:

- Is the AMP you installed a repository or Share AMP?
- Did you modify the Share config custom / web.xml, which might have broken the comms between Alfresco

and Share?

- can you reach http://localhost:8080/alfresco/

BTW, if your are not using Share, that is not a fatal error. You should just remove Share from your project (I assume you are running with the allinone archetype).

Hi Gab,

To install the alfresco-business-reporting0.6.5 I followed this tutorial: https://code.google.com/p/alfresco-business-reporting/wiki/Home.
But when start my program does not enter address http://localhost:8080/alfresco/ http://localhost:8080/share/ and shows the login screen, but when I go to the user (the user is correct) the following message appears: 'The remote server may be unavailable or your authentication details have not been Recognized.'

I installed AMP following this topic:http://docs.alfresco.com/4.0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.alfresco.enterprise.doc%2Ftasks%2Famp-install.html

It was installed in the / bin directory of Alfresco.

Custom.xml files, and web.xml alfresco.xml were modified according to the guidelines of the installation site alfresco-business-reporting.

 

OBS.: If you know another way to generate data reports from the Alfresco workflow, I'm interested.
