That's a painting by the Italian Renaissance artist Ghirlandaio. It's
in the Loeser collection of the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.

Yeah, there are two. I'm not sure who the artists are, but one is a
fourteenth-century fresco of the Crucifixion, which shows, in the top
right corner, a man flying horizontally in a rocket-like vehicle,
looking down at the scene depicted. The other is a medieval tapestry
portraying the life of the Virgin Mary, and showing a domed UFO above
the city in the background.
