This is the first public available ChessStudio.
Its pre-alpha. I release it to get some feetback and motivation,
maybe some developers who can help...

With this version you can do the following:

* Connect to ICS (sorry no FICS this time), play, observe etc. with
graphical challenges etc...
* read a pgn (mail) file and browse the games.

I want to implement:

* play against some computers (crafty,gnuchess)
* connect to a (sql) database to import/export pgn games etc...
* read cbf Files, maybe cbh
* edit pgn games to insert comments, variants etc...
* a lot more...

You need java and swing installed.
I use jdk1.1.6 on linux and swing 1.0.3, maybe it works on other
platforms and javaversions, I havent tested it. (plz give me some
feedback)

You can get it from http://www.rohleder.de/~mike/schach/studio.tar.gz
Please give some feedback to mi...@rohleder.de
