A GIANT IMPERIALIST TERROR PROPAGANDA HOAX, WHICH
HAS SO FAR DIRECTLY KILLED AT LEAST HUNDREDS OF
THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, WHICH IS STILL TERRORIZING
HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS AND WHICH WILL NO DOUBT
CONTINUE ON THE PART OF THE ARCH-REACTIONARY
MEDIA, POLITICIANS ETC
Readers, please contribute towards making the basic facts on
these questions known to as many as possible. I on my part
have only recently found out about them.
1. GIANT PROPAGANDA HOAX, FALSE PROPOSITION I.
Since the early 1980s, there is an international propaganda
saying that there is a "new" disease, or rather, "syndrome", in
the world, called "AIDS" ("Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syn-
drome").
This is FALSE. THERE IS NO "AIDS". THERE NEVER WAS ANY.
The scientists who have refuted the lies on this subject and
whose articles you'll find at www.virusmyth.com are not putting
the above proposition in this way. *I'm* doing this. But they,
since long, are saying what amounts to the same thing. Below in
section 8, I shall bring several quotes from them on this.
WHAT IS BEING CALLED "AIDS" IN REALITY IS A NUMBER OF
ACTUAL DISEASES, KNOWN ALSO BEFORE THE EARLY 1980S.
2. GIANT PROPAGANDA HOAX, FALSE PROPOSITION II.
Since 23 April 1984 - starting with a press conference on that
day by the "health minister" of the US imperialists, together
with one misled and at least in part fact-distorting scientist
(R. Gallo) - there is a massive international propaganda saying
that the purported "new" disease or syndrome is "caused by a
virus" - by a purportedly existing such, since then referred to
as "HIV" ("Human Immunodeficiency Virus").
This is FALSE. WHAT IS BEING CALLED "AIDS" IS *NOT*
CAUSED BY A VIRUS.
That is, IT IS *NOT* INFECTIOUS, WHETHER SEXUALLY-
TRANSFERRED OR OTHERWISE. THERE IS *NO* "AIDS EPIDEMIC",
NOT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. THERE NEVER WAS ONE.
What is being called "AIDS" in North America and Europe in
reality is mainly caused by MASSIVE "RECREATIONAL" DRUG USE.
Also, many people have died of a poisonous purported "medicine
against AIDS", AZT, prescribed because of the propaganda.
Typical of certain circles of people practicing homosexuality
precisely was/is also massive drug use. No virus can be "latent
for e.g. 10 years and then strike", as the propaganda says. 10
years of heavy drug use however will cause diseases.
In the regions mentioned, men said to have "AIDS" are 90%,
women 10% of all "cases".
What is being called "AIDS" in Africa in reality is caused by
MALNUTRITION, ACTUAL INFECTIOUS DISEASES and not least
PARASITIC DISEASES, in particular MALARIA.
In Africa, 50% of those said to have "AIDS" are men, and 50%
women. The propaganda saying an "epidemic" can behave so com-
pletely differently in two different areas of course is LYING.
What actually is killing millions of people in Africa, and
elsewhere too, each year, is the massive imperialist exploita-
tion and oppression, the wars caused by imperialism, and a
number of purportedly "environmental", anti-development "green"
genocidal campaigns.
The "AIDS virus" propaganda hoax not least is intended to cover
this up.
The large increase of malaria in the last few decades, affec-
ting hundreds of millions of people and killing millions each
year, is due to a willedly genocidal BAN AGAINST the vital in-
secticide DDT in the "Western-controlled world" since 1972,
precisely today planned by some to be confirmed and extended
WORLDWIDELY. (On this, see Info #127en.)
The "AIDS virus" propaganda hoax also is intended to cover up
directly the actual genocide caused by the DDT ban so far, and
to facilitate the extension of this ban, intended to kill even
more people.
The reason behind such genocide, and that being directly effec-
ted by other "green" campaigns, is a DESPERATE FEAR on the part
of the imperialists today of INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTION.
The "AIDS virus" propaganda hoax is intended, worldwidely, to
infect relations between men and women. The imperialists' fear
of developments in the direction of proletarian revolution lies
behind this too.
In particular, the hoax is intended, by that part of the propa-
ganda which since long is saying that there is "an AIDS epide-
mic" in certain countries in Africa, to infect relations bet-
ween Africans and others.
3. THERE PROBABLY IS NO SUCH VIRUS AS "HIV" AT ALL
The purportedly existing virus referred to as "HIV" has so far
not even been shown to exist. At the abovementioned press con-
ference on 23 April 1984 organized by the US imperialists, it
precisely was maintained, as a vital part of the propaganda
hoax started then, that such a virus had been "found". This was
FALSE.
All indications are, according to those who (in my non-expert
judgement) clearly know these matters best, that such a virus
does NOT exist at all.
On this, details are also brought at www.virusmyth.com. A re-
tatively recent debate (1996-98) on this question between
scientists who all however agree that "AIDS" is NOT caused by
a virus, and that, IF a "HIV" exists, then it's HARMLESS, is
shown.
What is FOUND by so-called "HIV TESTS", which also vary very
much in different parts of the world, in reality is only ANTI-
BODIES, which need not be caused by any actual virus. Such
antibodies may exist in people due to MANY OTHER CAUSES.
For instance, many people in some African countries have such
antibodies, because INFECTIOUS DISEASES and PARASITIC DISEASES,
including MALARIA, are relatively common in these countries.
Millions of people on other continents have them too, without
this affecting their health negatively.
4. A PROPAGANDA HOAX BY TERMS, BY WORDS, WHICH
ARE SYSTEMATICALLY MISLEADING
Since the reactionary media and bourgeois politicians since
long now, since nearly 20 years back, are talking about "AIDS",
an impression is liable to be created in our minds, those of
"ordinary people", that there "must be" such a thing. Since
they are talking about a virus "HIV" too, must not a such
exist?
Above all, the propaganda is maintaining the (long-since re-
futed) LIE that "AIDS" is caused by a virus, one called "HIV".
The two concepts, "AIDS" and "HIV", are very much connected
with each other in this propaganda, so much so that people may
confuse the one with the other.
Since a virus, "HIV", even if it should exist, certainly does
not cause "AIDS", then there is no reason, other than an arch-
reactionary propaganda one, to use the concept "AIDS" at all.
That is, as said above: There is not, and never was, any
"AIDS".
The "official definition" of "AIDS" also has been CHANGED many
times, and is DIFFERENT in different countries. (First "de-
fined" in 1982, "AIDS" was "redefined" more and more inclusive-
ly in 1984, 1985, 1987, and 1993, by a body known as CDC.) This
shows once more that the very term "AIDS", which the reactio-
naries are so anxious to uphold as something denoting a real
phenomenon, is A PROPAGANDA CONCEPT from beginning to end.
The term "HIV" ("Human Immunodeficiency Virus"), saying about
a purportedly existing (but still today not even found) virus
that it's one "causing deficiency of" people's immunity system
against various diseases precisely is a PROPAGANDA TERM too.
It's intended to make people believe that "this virus" *is*
causing immunodeficiency. This term precisely was first used
at the abovementioned press conference of the US imperialists
on 23 April 1984, where that "entity", formerly referred to
as "LAV" or "HTLV-III", was given that "more suggestive" name.
5. THERE BEING SIMILAR PROPGANDA HOAXES, ATTEMPTED
BY MASSIVE USE OF SYSTEMATICALLY MISLEADING TERMS,
IS NOTHING NEW.
PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO LIBERATE THEMSELVES FROM,
OR AVOID, ALL SUCH FALSE IMPRESSIONS WHICH THE
REACTIONARY MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ARE TRYING TO
CREATE IN SUCH A WAY - ALSO IN THOSE CASES, SUCH AS
THIS ONE, WHEN *ALL* OF THEM ARE SAYING THE *SAME*
THING FOR *DECADES* ON END.
For instance - one very clear and very "natural" example of
this - the openly-bourgeois and also the revisionist (phony-
"socialist") media have always been calling *both* socialist
states *and* social-imperialist or revisionist states, and
corresponding parties too, "socialist" or "communist" states
respectively parties.
It's very important for the reactionaries to "avoid giving
people" the very *terms* with which to distinguish between
the genuine and the phony in this respect.
Therefore, you practically never see that important term,
"social-imperialism", as much as even mentioned in any news-
paper or on television. And if the term "revisionism" is used,
then never about revising Marxism but only about revising some
other theory or theories.
Another example is the term "The Cold War", used about *two*
conflicts in recent history which were quite different from
each other in character, as if those two conflicts were "one
and the same".
In reality, there were *two* "Cold Wars", the first between
that camp of socialist countries which there existed after
WW II, on the one hand, and imperialism, led by US imperialism,
on the other. It ended in the late 1950s / early 1960s when so-
cialism was overthrown, and social-imperialism started to
emerge, in the Soviet Union.
Then there during some two decades was no talk of a "Cold War"
any more but, increasingly, of "detente", showing a *co-ope-
ration* between what were now two reactionary superpowers but
also covering up an increasing *imperialist rivalry* between
them.
Later again, from the late 1970s approximately on - when the
US imperialists, because of the overthrow of socialism then
in China too, saw no need for a big ally against the Chinese
revolution any more and thus dared to put more pressure on
Soviet social-imperialism - there was again talk of a "Cold
War". This, the second one, which ended in 1991 with the dis-
solution of the Soviet Union, was quite different in charac-
ter from the first.
But people are "not supposed to" even to have the terms with
which to analyse and see this.
By looking at the facts, everybody *can* see through these
hoaxes anyway. And the same thing is the case concerning the
"AIDS virus" hoax.
You just have to realize that you should ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUST
the openly-bourgeois or revisionist media and/or politicians
even when they may APPEAR TO BE JUST TELLING YOU THE TIME OF
DAY. Terms which they are ALL using MAY be totally
MISLEADING.
6. PROPAGANDA HOAX, FALSE PROPOSITION (RUMOUR) III.,
A "COUNTERPOINT" OR "DISSIDENT" PROPOSITION
Not long after the 1984 press conference mentioned above and
after an ensuing massive international media campaign had star-
ted, about the purported "new disease/syndrome" "AIDS", "caused
by a virus", "HIV", there also was a "counter-rumour" in some
media. It said that "this virus" might be "the result of" "a
laboratory experiment gone wrong in the USA", or even willed
"biological warfare" on the part of the US imperialists.
The people behind this theory, or some of them, may well have
sincerely believed in it - as have no doubt many scientists
sincerely believed in the "causing" of "AIDS" by a "naturally
existing" virus. But this theory demonstrably is quite wrong
too. "AIDS" is NOT caused by a virus, whether naturally-exis-
ting or somehow manmade.
And the rumour in this direction, giving rise to a debate at
that time on whether "that virus" had "originated in" the USA
or perhaps in Africa, precisely suited that aim of the arch-
reactionaries too of making people believe a virus *was* "the
cause of" "AIDS". This theory or rumour no doubt has been at
least encouraged precisely by those same arch-reactionaries,
and it's possible that it was they who started it in the
first place.
The reactionaries "needed", and still "need", a "theory" which
is "plausible" also to those - quite many - who are, justly,
very suspicious about the US imperialists and prone to doubt
what a US government may say publicly, a "theory" which however
avoids disclosing, and in fact helps hide, that main fact that
"AIDS" is NOT caused by any virus at all.
It's worth noting that this "counterpoint" theory or rumour
*was* "allowed" in the media, although it contained that, to
the reactionaries supposedly "quite unpleasant", idea of the
US imperialists' perhaps engaging in biological warfare.
This contrasts very clearly with the rabid suppression of those
facts which actually show that the US imperialists *did* engage
in such warfare, in Korea, in the early 1950s, and the no less
RABID SUPPRESSION - only BROKEN THROUGH, eventually and at long
last, largely by means of the NOW EXISTING INTERNET - against
the *actually* correct theory on these matters.
This method, of covertly disseminating or encouraging a (false
but "suitable") "dissident" or "counterpoint" theory, in order
to bring genuine opposition to them into the "right folds",
is one used by the imperialists also in many other fields.
At approximately precisely the same time as the "AIDS virus"
hoax was started, for instance, in 1984, the CIA also launched,
or had gotten into control of, a certain "very revolutionary"
so-called "preparatory International", the "RIM", which *says*
it represents the line of Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong but which
in reality has always helped precisely the US imperialists.
