III. THE *SHYEST* RATTLESNAKE YOU'VE EVER (NOT) SEEN -
DEADLY ASHAMED OF "ITS OWN" GLORIOUS PAST

although the distribution via our organisation was at any time

I have indeed translated and "issued" (via the Internet) some
very important publications by - NB - the once-revolutionary
and very advanced KPD/ML(NEUE EINHEIT). In an Appendix after
these comments of mine I'm bringing a list of them.
And *you*, rattlesnakes, precisely have been *hiding* those
things as far as Net information goes, and in particular in
English. This goes for a lot of other quite important things
written by that earlier party too. You *still* are *hiding*
them. This, as already noted in #105en, really *speaks volumes*
about the character of your present "group". You *don't want*
people to read these things any more!
"Distribution via your organization" of such so important older
things is only a concrete possibility for those who know they
are there, to begin with - and you're not even putting a list
of these things on to your website - and only for those who
read German, in the second place.
Not only are you on your part *continuing to hide* this stuff,
which you're calling "your own"; in this latest posting of yours
you're actually *attacking* me for telling people it's there and
for showing them some of it! You thereby are exposing your true
character even further.
You have *no* "ownership right" whatsoever to the publications
of the earlier, revolutionary, KPD/ML(NEUE EINHEIT), whose basic
principles you've betrayed completely. Those things rightfully
belong to the masses of people, from whose struggle they have
emerged.
IV. HOMEPAGE WRITHINGS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE, AND
SHOVING OWN FRIENDS DOWN OTHER PEOPLE'S THROATS

"About the essentials concerning Rolf Martens there are already
some interesting documents which everybody can look up at our
homepage <http://www.neue-einheit.com>. Among these is the ar-
ticle "About Rolf Martens" and the article "The Development of
Our Organisation's Position Concerning the So-called 'RIM' -
Revolutionary Internationalist Movement - (Short Outline)", as
well as further statements."
And the lies in them I've already refuted in the main in my
Infos #50en and #105en (and also in #49de); some more, concer-
ning our 1990 conflict, I'm refuting above. The latter of those
articles of yours which you're mentioning (also called your
"Internet Statement No. 2/1998") above all is good as *an open
confession* of your criminal covering-up of the "RIM" during
more than a decade from 1984/85 on.
[RATTLER WRITHING:]
"So there actually is nothing new with Rolf Martens' methods and
one could leave it at that, but he is attempting to include a
new public unfamiliar with the previous debates into his slan-
derings and to tell tales about his previous position. We think
it necessary to inform about some basic facts.
From the middle of the nineties Rolf Martens has started a mas-
sive campaign in cooperation with certain people who claimed to
propagate the policy of the PCP (Communist Party of Peru / Sen-
dero Luminoso - Shining Path of J. C. Mariátegui) abroad and to
support this party."
"A massive campaign" is overstating it, snakes. But it's under-
standable if you feel very uncomfortable on the subject of the
PCP, considering your behaviour on that subject which I've ex-
posed again above!
I also repeat here the fact that, in relation to those other
people who have said they supported the PCP, I've always dif-
ferentiated very carefully. (Cf brief history part above.)
[RATTLER WRITHING:]
"Already in 1993 Rolf Martens, by working in the so-called In-
ternational Emergency Committee for the support of Abimael Guz-
man, got the connection with persons like Adolfo Olaechea and
Jay Miles and others. He made use of this position to publicly
attack our organisation massively, later on above all in the
internet."
Several lies and misrepresentations by you again, snakes, in
just a few lines! Simple and straight facts are:
a) The International Emergency Committee (IEC), a united-front
organization founded in Duisburg, Germany, in February 1993
(not so far from where "our" so exciting party conference
had taken place just three years earlier, in Dortmund, April
1990), was and is *not* one "for the support of" Abimael
Guzman - as you very well know - but *for defending the life
of Abimael Guzman*.
V. RATTLESNAKE "SOLIDARITY" AND A STRUGGLE IN PERU
And in this connection, it's suitable, I think, to bring once
more a passage from my recent Info #105en:

to the same "Marxism-General" list, on 15.08.1997, under subject
"Rolf Martens 1994 and 1997", among other things:

tinuation of armed struggle by the PCP and to attack the

Quite unmistakably, in these lines I was *attacked* for my sup-
porting the PCP's armed struggle, for "time and again" advoca-
ting its continuation.
Indeed, I was even attacked here for wanting to contribute to-
wards defending comrade Gonzalo's - the captured PCP chairman's
- life, "despite"[!] my having some serious reservations concer-
ning his political line. "Had these reservations really *been*
serious", this friend and colleague of yours "argued", "Ger-
hard", then I "really shouldn't have cared" whether he was mur-
dered by the reactionaries or not! Aren't you-all, in that
"group" of yours, some *very* "nice people" and "trustworthy
supporters" of the struggles of the oppressed peoples?

VI. MORE ON THE SHOVING DOWN OF OWN FRIENDS...
Further points where you're lying or misrepresenting here:
b) Adolfo Olaechea, whom I as you well know exposed and refuted
completely as a swindler in the summer of 1997 (with above
all Infos #37en, #38en, #42en and #43en) and who then teamed
up precisely with *you*, I did not encounter in 1993 but only
"met" via the Net in late 1995 / early 1996. He and I were
allies in the mid-1996 "Quispe" fight and I at that time also
publicly tried to convince him of his errors on several
points - see e.g. Info #21en: "Debate with Olaechea, '96
VII", of 27.10.1996. Not least did I point out the correct-
ness and importance of the earlier KPD/ML(NEUE EINHEIT) to
him - and to others.
c) Regarding Jay Miles, of the Detroit Peru Support Committee,
"Detcom", approximately precisely the same applies. I met
him only via the Net; we were allies in that abovementioned
quite important fight too (against the phony "MPP"-USA etc),
and I tried to convince him in particular concerning the
4-gang. When we debated this in late 1996 / early 1997, he
clearly demonstrated insincerity. The "4-gang pal" referred
to in my 12-part Info #45en: "4-gang history '76, pal '97"
of 26.07.1997 was Jay Miles.
d) By no means did I "make use of my position" as member of the
Steering Committee of the IEC (since February 1993) when I
exposed your group's crimes. This invention of yours is just
ludicrous. I exposed you, in my capacity as adherent of the
correct line of Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong, and in none
other, back in 1990, and in precisely the same capacity in
all the years later too. This exposure of mine of your crimes
has never needed to be "supported" by my holding this or that
post, of course. Did I ever sign one single article on you,
for instance, "Rolf M., IEC SC member"? How ridiculous can
you get, edification snakes?
VII. THE 1996 "WORLD MOBILISATION COMMISSION" PROJECT
[RATTLER WRITHING:]
"Together with the circles mentioned above he also wanted to
create a so-called World Mobilisation Committee which was in-
tended to simultaneously function as the beginning of an alleged
'international Maoist movement', into which he wanted to insert
basic elements of our policy, constantly repeating his assertion
that our organisation had itself betrayed its own principles."
One truth here, snakes: I did support the call for the WMC, in
March 1996. I never called it a "Maoist" project though, but
supported its basic line as one in defence (also) of the correct
line of Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong, which it was - NOT "your"
policy at all; *you* had already betrayed it, some six or even
ten years earlier.
[RATTLER WRITHING:]

Yes, so I did write. You're telling another truth!
But why have you now forgotten your own earlier (and very stu-
pid) attack against this (to be precise, written by your rep-
resentative "Walter Grobe") on 15.08.1997?
Let me remind you of it, and of my reply too (in Info #50en):
["Grobe" quoted precisely the above too, and I replied to him,

No, that's not true, as all who can read can see. I wrote "di-
viding line *in the present debate*". This, on purpose too,
avoided including all those existing organizations that were not
taking part in that debate.
The proposed WMC, although the call for it wasn't wrong, was to
be "a somewhat strange animal", being both geared to the defence
of the revolution in one particular country *and* being a kind
of International, or a preparatory such, at the same time. This
had to do with certain forces' still being reluctant to cut
their navel strings to the PCP - and thus to the errors of the
PCP too - something which I of course precisely was trying to
help them do.

Concerning the 1996 call for the WMC, it should be noted, first-
ly, that I precisely did try to help people cut their "navel
strings" (if any) to the errors of the PCP, with several pos-
tings, including one referring directly to the WMC project:

Secondly, when, as it turned out, a "WMC" *was* created, in a
completely impermissible manner, by certain people in August
1996, I attacked and repudiated this quite sharply, from a pro-
letarian revolutionary standpoint.
VIII. BACK AGAIN, AND NOW WITH FEELING, TO THE SHOVING
OF OWN FRIENDS DOWN OTHER PEOPLE'S THROATS
[RATTLER WRITHING:]
"The circle of persons, Rolf Martens, Adolfo Olaechea and others
who belong to this alleged circle of PCP supporters, is a dark
circle which is anchored in the US, Great Britain and Sweden and
perhaps has its reasons to permanently pass itself off as a so-
called sympathizer for revolutionary parties."
This does take the price so far, as to lies and attempts by you
at turning things upside-down, snakes!
*I* by no means "belong to any circle" of people including for
instance Olaechea - whom I exposed completely in mid-1997 and
who precisely then turned to you for "support" against this.
You here are trying to "shove" precisely those nasty circles of
"RIMlers" - which *you* covered up during more than a decade and
which *I* have always not only distanced myself from but pre-
cisely have contributed rather importantly, internationally too,
towards exposing and isolating - "down *my* throat".
Those snakes were always, and are now, *together with you*,
editorial-staff-reptiles. And for some reason you completely
"forgot" to mention that those "circles" are not only "anchored"
in those above countries but also, and since way back in 1987
at the very least, in Germany, for instance in Berlin, where
you've been *allied to* them since that time.
Not only this. The US imperialist agent "Quispe", New York, pre-
cisely one of the "leaders" of those "circles" you mentioned,
in mid-1996 was massively supported by one other agent too,
Chris Burford, London. It was I who exposed that agent, with
a 5-part posting to the then Marxism mailing list on 30.06.1996
(later reposted in Info #66en): "Why do I think Chris is a
cop?". You were on that list too at the time and thus saw it.
And two years later, *you* teamed up precisely with this long-
since exposed agent and one other (V. Bilenkin) in a *formal*
coalition dedicated to - getting *me* *banned* from a certain
other mailing list which existed then.
So *you're* the ones who not only have covered up the CIA-con-
cocted "RIM" during more than a decade, but also quite directly
have colluded with *agents* of the US imperialists' and other
reactionaries' intelligence services, in order to combat the
advocacy and discussion of Marxism.
Everything you write after such a passage is bound to be some-
ting of an anti-climax, perhaps, but let's proceed:
IX. WHAT SOME PEOPLE DID, AND SOME OTHERS DID NOT,
WRITE ABOUT THE PCP IN PERU
[RATTLER WRITHING:]
"In the face of us Rolf Martens went so far as to the absurdity
to make the question of the support for the PCP the decisive
yardstick for the parties in other countries."
That's just one rather silly lie, snakes, considering what I've
written, in droves of postings, on such matters. On what are
you trying to base it? I shall return to this, and first just
shall show one example of how I, consistenly, *have* treated the
question of the PCP: An excerpt from my 1994 article, later
posted as Info #3en:

Both the RIM and the PCP (also called the "Sendero Lumi-
noso") are comparatively well-known internationally. And
a considerable amount of propaganda today states that
they are forces which are upholding Marxism, Leninism
and Mao Zedong Thought - or Maoism, as it has been cal-
led since 1982 by the PCP and since 26.12.1993 "offi-
cially" by the RIM as well.
As will be shown in this article, only in part and to a
certain extent is this propaganda true. The PCP has in-
deed upheld and defended some vital elements of the ide-

difficult circumstances. The information available here
points to this party's being justified in calling the
armed uprising which it has led since 1980 against the
reactionary regime in Peru a "people's war".

One important error by the PCP, clearly showing the se-
rious weaknesses long present in that party's political
line, precisely has been its whole-hearted support for
this Declaration [the one by the "RIM", in 1984], docu-
mented by a letter to the RIM later in 1984.
The PCP obviously has the support of millions of people
in Peru. And for more than 14 years it has led armed in-
surrection, during most of that time under the direct
leadership of its now imprisoned chairman, comrade Gon-
zalo. It has at least shown the peoples of the world
that it's possible to take up arms against imperialism.
However, it never completely has understood that theory
of the proletariat, Marxism, Leninism and Mao Zedong
Thought. This its available documents show, some of
which go back as far as to the mid/late 1970:s.
While comrade Gonzalo's achievements as a revolutionary
leader should be recognized, it's necessary also to see
that he has not been anything nearly like a complete
"continuer" of Mao Zedong. The reactionaries in general
and the U.S. imperialists in particular have been
pleased to note such errors of his as the signing of the
phoney"Marxist" Declaration of the RIM, which favours
them so much. Because of these, it has been in the in-
terests of the reactionaries, who today greatly fear un-
distorted Marxism, to encourage gross overstatements of
comrade Gonzalo's international importance and even
overstatements of the international importance of the
people's war in Peru, which, at the same time, is genu-
inely feared by the same reactionaries.
In this connection as in so many others, the imperia-
lists are using double tactics and have been trying to
make a good thing serve a bad. Recent events have made
it easier for everyone to see through this double-
dealing.

And here's your "argument" concerning "PCP as a yardstick":

armed struggle be *supported*, or should it *not*? You're *not*
answering *anything* on this in the below either.
