K2600XS Factory Settings?

Thanks for the tip.  I'll give 'er a try!  Well, after a few times of turning it on and off.  I finally came to the conclusion that sometimes you have to hold it down until it initilizes then let go of the button.  I tried that and it worked.  So, for those of you reading this.  Press the exit button down, turn the K2600 on and wait until you see the first screen pop up, then release the exit button.

You don't have to hold the button down upon power-up. Just wait for the
"Please wait..." screen and press EXIT. This takes you to a utility page
where you can choose "Hard Reset" which will restore your machine to
factory status. This is all covered in the documentation...RTFM!
