HELP!!! ADSP-2181 HOST PROGRAM

I惴 trying to download the executable program to the DSP, via RS-232,
wihout using the HOST PROGRAM that is contained in the EZ-KIT Lite
Pack.
I can download only one instruction into the ADSP, because when I try
to download the next instruction to the program or data memory it
doesn愒 work. I don愒 know how is the function of the instruction that
is in the executable program and contain a # and a quantity of numbers
below.
I悲 be very pleasure if someone could help me, via e-mail about how I
can download the executable program to the ADSP-2181 via RS-232
without using the host program.
