2014 Israel apartheid week - imminent

Israel apartheid week (IAW) is a fully funded
annual international series of events (including
rallies, lectures, cultural performances, music
shows, films and workshops) promoting the
falsehood that Israel is a South Africa style
apartheid state and advocating Boycott,
Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) against Israel

This year IAW is due to take place in
UK and US: February 24-March 2
Europe: March 1-8
Palestine: March 8 – 15
South Africa: March 10-16
Brazil: March 24-28
Arab world and Asia: TBA

You may recall that last year Truth be Told (TbT)
cooperated with the Herzliya IDC in their ground
breaking project, led by Jonathan Davis, to send
five Ethiopian students to attend IAW in Cape
Town where they cooperated with local students,
organized by TbT, in organizing a parallel Israel

They were an outstanding success in establishing
civil communication with supporters of BDS. They
are all highly intelligent, they speak perfect
English and were able to make a convicting case
for Israel and dispel allegations of Israeli apartheid and racism

This year the IDC has excelled again. They are
sending 8 outstanding Ethiopian students to South
Africa and this time they will not be confined to
Cape Town but will be visiting all of the major
