Can someone from support that can actually help me, message me? The rep on chat said they filed a ticket and it will take 4-5 more days. That's not an acceptable timeframe for a service which I already paid for.

Similar problem. I subscribed to the offer back in December. Apparently we still had a partial month left on both of our Paramount and Netflix. Paramount support said to wait until that expired for them, then it should go through and it did - last week or so. Netflix expired a few days ago. Now a month plus out and Netflix still shows activation pending.

I am having the same issue, it says been activation pending for days and the activation button is not enabled. Is there a special number to call. Regular customer support does not seem to be capable of resolving this issue.

Not sure whether or not this will work for you to get your Netflix finalized. I had tried everything too and then tried deleting the card attached to our auto payment and then added it back in. Once I did that, I then received an email from Verizon and then the activate for Netflix was no longer grayed out.

Any one make any progress on this, was on chat for 4 hours with no luck. Super frustrating as they keep sending me to some help page that had nothing to do with play+, then they just posted the text of the page. Finally they told me it was Netflix's problem and reach out them. Of course Netflix support says it is Verizon issue. I guess my $127 is gone and I will have to just resubscribe to Netflix. Between this and the poor cell service, no 5G, SOS dead stop. I am getting close to being done with Verizon. They were the best, not sure what happened.

Can someone still assist me. I've done the chat route about a dozen times. They keep offering to cancel the Paramount+ Showtime and Netflix Premium package I bought in December and give me Max and Netflix with ads for $10/month - which is not even something I'd be interest in.

Yeah, I've gone through two months of support tickets with this, several community chats, and still no resolution. Last month, the bundle was just removed from my account with no explanation and the active Paramount+ subscription I had was cancelled.

Hi everyone, Currently Netflix is only allowing me to view netflix original content when connected via the vpn. If you search for a non netflix original show, you will find it but only the "remind me" button is available. I am in Australia trying to access the US and UK netflix content. Is there a work around for this? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi thanks for the quick response. The dark knight was just an indicative example but it is the same for all other content although, I had some limited success on the USA South server. It's interesting to see the list of servers in your reply as these options seem unavailable on my list. I have attached a screen shot of the available servers I have. Do I have the incorrect version of the vpn? or is there a setting I need to adjust so I can see the additional servers? I would really like to know how I can access the multiple US and UK servers that you mention. thanks for your help.

Update - Hi, I was obviously running an outdated or different version of the vpn, as I downloaded it again and the sever list updated. The netflix content is now available on the USA servers however, unfortunately neither of the UK servers are connecting to netflix or bbc iplayer at all.

Thanks for explaining the BBC issue. Regarding netflix UK, I can't provide any specific examples at the moment as i can't even connect to the site as the per the attached screenshot. I get the same result with both UK servers. cheers.
