Position: GM/DGM – Sales

No of Position: 1

Job Location: Dhaka

 

1.       Job Responsibility:

o   Formulate Business Strategy to achieve organizational objectives.

o   Develop Annual Sales Target and Business Plan for the assigned business area to order to meet the growth and profitability target of the company.

o   Generate leads and manage prospects in order to drive the assigned business unit towards growth and profitability.

o   Lead and direct the sales team in achieving sales target

o   Ensure compliance to procedures, process and inter department service understanding and agreements

o   Manage strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders

o   Attend customer visit both in local and overseas for sustainable business development

o   Understand market dynamics impacting upon trade situation and competition analysis

o   Manage regular report through dashboard on the sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

o   Attend to customer's enquiries, quotations, tender compilations and follow-up of sales & business development initiatives.

o   To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission.

 

Required Qualifications:

-        Graduate from a recognized University

-        Good Leadership Skills

-        Minimum 8 years of progressive experience

-        Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

-        Good command on the MS Office applications

-        Able to handle P&L responsibility



Position: Deputy Manager/Manager

No of Position: 1

Job Location: Dhaka

 

 Job Responsibility:

o   Prepare and implement annual business plan for the assigned area in order to achieve the sales target.

o   Generate leads and manage prospects in order to drive the assigned business unit towards growth and profitability.

o   Lead & direct sales team to achieve monthly sales target by ensuring that individual and sales team performance

o   Develop market & customer data base and understanding competition analysis

o   Ensure compliance to procedures, process and inter department service understanding and agreements

o   Maintain close contact with customers (shippers/agents/ buyers) through all modes of contact to convert prospects into regular clients.

o   Strong drive to achieve aggressive sales targets through identifying target markets and successful commercial negotiations.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

-        Graduate from a recognized University

-        Good Leadership Skills

-        3-5 years of progressive experience

-        Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

-        Strong drive with a passion to win

-        Good command on the MS Office applications
