The above linked page at zoiper gives a dialplan snippet for calling a script that wakes the client. It is easy (for me anyway) to modify the dialplan to work with FreePBX, but the contents of the script, push.sh are missing, which is the most critical part.
To create a zoiper notify for extension 1001, browse to Admin, Custom Destination, create a new custom destination for extension 1001 with the text:
zoiper-notify,1001,1
select return, and set the destination to ring extension 1001
The zoiper-notify context hard codes SIP, which surprisingly appears to work with PJSIP extensions as well, requires testing tho. The above method is bare bones, there are much more elegant ways of doing this. A more advanced user might consider a splice into the context func-apply-sipheaders check for the existence of the zoiper register string in the astdb, if it exists gosub to the notify context and return. Requires no additional FreePBX config and would all happen invisibly behind the scenes. Left as an exercise for the reader.
Zoiper seems to be replying to private address space (10.x.x.x). Is this what you want in your setup? If zoiper is connecting from outside your network you may need to check off the rPort settings in zoiper for signalling and media.
If you have installed Zoiper for "the current user only", you can find the certificate folder in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Romaing\Zoiper5 on windows or either /Library/Application Support or /Library/Preferences on Mac.
When i call from my pc using zoiper/xlite to android (native android sip client) now i can hear audio from both sides but when i make call from android to pc (zoiper/xlite) i cannot hear anything on android.

As these devices should use same codec while communicating with each other..In my scenario these devices were using different codecs which results in one way audio (when calling from android to xlite/zoiper).While creating the SIP accounts in sip.conf while we can enforce two communicating clients to use same audio codec in following manner.
