For a while now my laptop has randomly put the CPU clock speed down to 0.40 GHz at what seems like random times whenever the CPU is under heavy load. Although very annoying, it was never a massive complaint since for some reason it would just go away after a few days and reappear after a few months. I bring this up now because it has been going on for a month now, and showing no sign of stopping. It also seems to be more frequent now. This is extremely annoying and makes almost all the games I play unplayable. I've searched for hours trying to find a solution, but nothing seems to work. I have the 2021 model of the G14, with the Ryzen 9 5900HS CPU. Also, just in case this matters, about a month ago I got my laptop's motherboard replaced by ASUS, although I don't believe this is connected to my issue, there's always a chance that someone might know something. Also before anyone recommends this, I have my discrete and integrated GPU drivers updated, BIOS updated, all armory crate updates done, and Windows 10 is up to date.
I ordered a box of extras from Green Valley. All are 3"x12" and almost half of them are in the 0.35" to 0.40" range and none of them are thinner than 0.2" with one at 0.48" no exotics but many I am not sure what they are and of course a lot of knots and blemishes as expected even termite damage that was not expected.

After I installed 0.40, I restored my backup from my 0.30 installation. After doing so, the certificate was the invalid one. When I went to the admin section under certificates, I found the option to install a cert but not to update them through letsencrypt. I was able to run letsencrypt manually and update the symlinks.
