The attached three-page order from a federal judge in Texas is well worth reading.  It starts as follows:

Before the Court is the petition of asylum seeker Adrian Conejo Arias and his five-year-old son for protection of the Great Writ of habeas  corpus.  They seek nothing more than some modicum of due process and the rule of law. The government has responded.

The case has its genesis in the ill-conceived and incompetently-implemented government pursuit of daily deportation quotas, apparently even if it requires traumatizing children.  This Court and others regularly send undocumented people to prison and orders them deported but do so by proper legal procedures.

And it ends:

Ultimately, Petitioners may, because of the arcane United States immigration system, return to their home country, involuntarily or by self-deportation.  But that result should occur through a more orderly and humane policy than currently in place.

Philadelphia, September 17, 1787: "Well, Dr. Franklin, what do we have?" "A republic, if you can keep it."

With a judicial finger in the constitutional dike,

It is so ORDERED

There you go again, as if our President was not sent by heaven and doing the Lord's work. Them US federal agents equipped (with our money) for tactical military mission in our cities are valiantly kicking non-Trump-voting ass for us. Finally! MAGA folks quivers, close to ecstasy, but with clothes on.

You just don't get it! Obviously another commie judge, John. One of hundreds. That judge is against the real citizens. He's one of hundreds. Open your eyes.

Next. you'll be complaining about all of our G-dly, giant, multinational companies and their saintly CEO's! You know; the agriculture, entertainment, construction, meat packing, commercial timber etc., industries who beckon, hire and directly prosper from most illegals being here.

Yes, if the executives responsible for why the bulk of folks breaking US laws while entering this country were held accountable to that same category of US law, and those CEO's/executives were convicted and sent to prison for their clearcut lawbreaking, it would all immediately stop. Illegal entry is caused by illegally hiring them. We have an illegal employer problem here in Murca — it's that simple. But that would be in conflict with our fervent, unspoken US creed: Bow to the solemn conspiracy of government with the wealthy, or else . .  Please investigate the definition of fascism and then look at our country.

Brief aside: During President Trump's first term the Republican Party (now nominal at best) had secure control of the House, Senate and the Presidency for two solid years. Trump/Trumplicans had complete discretion to pass any immigration-focused legislation they wanted. TWO YEARS! They did nothing. Why?

They need easily defined enemies and trickery to keep their devotees. It's playbook rule number one for dictators in collusion with uber-wealth. Hate, equal to the strongest of human bonds, requires fuel to keep it going. Baseless hatred of other is a tactic common for murderous dictators throughout history. It's happening now, and nowadays in the USA.  Nothing new, just well-conducted trickery to distract and mire while plundering via any lawless method that works. Nothing new. Lethal to our constitutionally-derived values, structure and culture.

Non-stop lying, cheating, stealing, plundering, murder: all enthusiastically endorsed by over 4 in 10 in this country. Despite altruistic pursuits described in our defining documents and by many people, it's who we are, and it's what's running the show.  USA USA

Another Sunny Sunday morning screed, blurted for my Trumplican friends' pleasure.
