Ryan,
Frontier has cut us off from the rest of the world since at least 10:15 yesterday morning.  They know about it.  If anyone has heard what the problem is, please post.

I have no idea if Verizon is involved in your microwave system or not, but my connectivity for internet and cell phone have been amazingly sluggish for a long time, especially this morning...Verizon is my ISP.

I am trying to call Rings Pharmacy from my cell (Verizon) and my landline here at Cal Poly and I cannot connect. Looks like the problem may even be in Ferndale and beyond.

Switch to 101 Netlink.  Locally owned and operated, it performs many times better and more reliably than Frontier, who could care less about service despite Rick's dedication and skill.

Give Seth a call
or email him

I could tell you a number of stories of how quickly 101 Netlink responds to lightning and wind, but since they monitor the service 24/7, they fix problems before they affect our internet or phone.

I second Michael’s recommendation.

Mark with Frontier said the trouble is down in So.Cal...ATT has shut off service here and they're trying to reestablish the circuits with Ferndale, Honeydew and Petrolia. Ferndale doesn't have service either.
Only way to call out is with a cell phone and WIFI or as you suggest Michael, switch to 101netlink.com.
