Mattole Valley Sprouts RAFFLE CHANGE

Dear Sprout Preschool families, friends, and Mattole community,
Earlier this month, Sprout Preschool announced a fundraiser to support preschool financial aid through a “50/50 raffle,” with the winner to be drawn at our Chili Cook-off on March 28.
We’ve since learned that this type of raffle is restricted under California regulations and cannot be run by schools or nonprofits like ours. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and especially to those who already purchased tickets , let us know if you'd like a refund.  
We’re grateful for your support—and we still need your help. We will instead be holding a legal 90/10 raffle, where 10% of proceeds go to the winner and 90% directly support financial aid for local playgroup families.
Thank you for your understanding  and your continued care for our youngest learners. You can  find updated tickets at the Petrolia Store  or from LaNita, Josie, Gaby and Teacher Kala.  See you at the Chili Cook-off!
