Good morning Valley,

I have one morning and one afternoon spot still open for tomorrow, if your body is feeling the want or need to have some good old fashioned hands on treatment. Fascia is  the multi-layered connective tissue web in our body, running 3-dimensionally from the top of our head to the tips of our toes. Fascial restrictions put pressure on pain sensitive structures in the body, causing us to weather a pain and discomfort storm that doesn’t need to dwell inside of us.
