1:49 PM UPDATE:
The county has informed the fire department that they are rerouting traffic through Ferndale so there is a way to get through Ferndale and get to Fortuna. That being said the latest update on Lost Coast Outpost has stated that Highway 101 is closed in both directions at Tompkins Hill Rd/Loleta near the College of the Redwoods bridge due to flooding.

Humboldt County Road Conditions says that Grizzly Bluff Rd is open, so you can get from Ferndale to 101 at Rio Dell that way

Remember that there is the lighted tractor parade in Ferndale tonight.  If you arrive from the Wildcat and you want to go to Rio Dell you will have to wait for the parade to pass before you can do that because Main Street is pretty much closed from when it starts to when it's over.

You can get around the 211 closure by taking Port Kenyon Road to Market and rejoining 211.  This is the traditional work around for the Francis Creek Low Spot.

To get to there from the wildcat, take Fifth Street to Arlington, go right to Main, left to Port Kenyon Road, and then Right to Market.  I don't think it's signed but it's how the locals get around every year.

Once you get to Fernbridge, only one lane of Fernbridge drive is open and you will only be able to go south on 101 as the usual low spot by Hookton Slough Wildlife Refuge is submerged.

Sorry for the double posting on same topic, I hit something wrong!
