Monday 1/12 and 1/19 Myofascial

Hi Everybody,

My regular January 19th Monday coming to the Valley for Myofascial Release at the MVRC will be the last trip out until March 1st. I’m asking to see if a Myofascial Release day this coming Monday also makes sense—both for my regular ’every other weekers’ but also for folks that think of scheduling, wonder if they’ll benefit, yet haven’t taken the time to get on the books. I’m gone all of February this year. 

I need a quorum of 3 to make the trip, and I’d be happy to double-down and make the trek for interested bodies.
